Development

In February 2024, it was reported that Salman Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala were going to unite for a film after nearly a decade from the film Kick( 2014). A many days latterly it was reported that the film would be directed by A.R. Murugadoss Murugadoss originally pitched Ghajini to Khan in 2006, but it took 18 times for the brace to unite This collaboration had been in discussion for some time and both Nadiadwala and Murugadoss agreed that Khan was the ideal choice for the supereminent part.

The sanctioned advertisement of the film was made by Khan on social media platforms on Eid- al- fitr 2024 where he expressed his excitement about uniting with AR Murugadoss and Sajid Nadiadwala. The film is listed to be mugged across multiple countries, including Portugal, other European nations and India, throughout 2024- 25. With a product budget of ₹ 400 crore, this design is Nadiadwala's most ambitious to date.

Murugadoss is set to manage two systems as he's also working on a Tamil action film named Madharasi, featuring actor Sivakarthikeyan. Sets worth ₹ 15 crore suggesting Dharavi and Matunga points were created. While rephotographing an action sequence on the set, Khan suffered a caricature injury. A gleeful song involving Khan and Mandanna along with 200 background hop was also shot in the same schedule. still, the shooing was halted in late September due to heavy rains across Mumbai. The film's firing was halted for security reasons after Khan entered death pitfalls from Lawrence Bishnois gang and there was also a firing reported at his hearthstone. latterly, the firing got proceeded in November 2024 in Taj Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad along with security. As per reports, two songs featuring Qawwali and Holi nominated theme was also mugged by the makers. A train action scene featuring a group of 350 individuals was filmed on detailed sets in Borivali and Mumbai Suburban. In January 2025, the film's last schedule is being shot in Mumbai. As per reports, the film will feature four high octaned action sequences in aircraft, train, jail and sanitarium.
